Two-Ingredient Protein Pancakes

I made these babies a little while ago and have been meaning to share the very simple recipe. They are so delicious, healthy and easy to make.

You will need:

1 banana
2 eggs

That’s it.

Simply blend both ingredients and cook them as you would normal pancakes. 1 banana and two eggs make quite a lot, however the consistency is much less dense than traditional pancakes so you will probably find that you need to eat more to fill you up. Having experimented with this recipe a few times, I have admittedly found it best to add a scoop of protein powder which binds the mixture a bit better. It takes away from the simplicity of the whole thing, but a little extra protein never did anyone any harm.
